Transactions with LYH

The following conditions apply when you use the Lion Youth Haven (LYH) website to donate or buy goods/services.

Orders
If you donate funds to help us, or purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address, phone details, etc).  Your credit/debit card details are processed directly by our payment gateway provider (eWay) and the details are not seen nor retained by us.

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you. We also use this information to interact with you and provide services to you.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD $). Any costs associated with shipping any product/offering to you are included in the Total shown in the payment process.

Delivery Policy
We will normally confirm receipt of your transaction within a few minutes. If the order is for other than a donation, we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 5-7 working days. However, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and we will advise you via email of changes.

Refunds
Donations are non-refundable except in the case that the amount is donated in error.  Refunds for goods/services are at the discretion of LYH in accordance with Australian consumer law.
